Joy

Yielding beauty
Unyielding passion,
Whelming joy
Quenching thirst,
Turning riot
Out of proportion
No way to count
No way to predict
Like a bubble Glows for a second
Disappears the next
Joy at its extreme
The moment it's thrust upon.
(I could only smile, when I read it now...)

These lines are simple yet so effective!!! So true that happiness sometimes last for a short period. But, it is remembered for years to come until death, perhaps.

Good writing!!!

4th October 1994... when Sure(sh) came and told me after almost a month after our wedding, when I gave up all the hopes on our honeymoon, "take leave, we are going out for a week, just you and me"

I was so happy when he said just you and me. but of course that's what honeymoon is all about :)

how true Ajey... not just joy, even sorrow, it's at it's extreme when we feel. the duration before is anticipation and later is known fact... only those few moments is potent.

Beautifully crafted..Not to be obscene but one word that comes to my mind for this is orgasmic..

Lovely ending..

At one, I learnt crawling was fun. At forty one, I still feel crawling is fun #blamemykneesnotme
