brazing the snow
I started to climb
step by step.....
deep impressions
made on the powdered snow
cold wind hauling more snow
not caring if I will make it to the top
nothing waits
just a barren hill
with no shelter
pine trees covered with snow
needles pricking my sole
chill invading my bones
pin pricks, sign of numbness
feeling no pain
want to sleep
I laid down
cold wind hauling more snow
covering me with powdered snow
no fear, just tired
want to sleep the numb heart....

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard. Google

The quest for contentment or satisfaction is a tough battle, isn't it? Sometimes we become so adamant about getting what we want so desperately that we over rule the fact that it isn't actually "needed" but just "wanted". Splendid!!! I like the structure too!!!

yeah really tough Ajey.. i am sailing in a tough phase of my life, where i had to restrain and curb some of my activities... i try to be cheerful all the time but there are times when i lose control of myself and lock and lose myself mentally.
this is a different one from me.. other poetries are on a lighter notes...but this is me.

no fear, just tired
want to sleep the numb heart....

"other poems" not "other poetries"

wisdom comes with experience

At one, I learnt crawling was fun. At forty one, I still feel crawling is fun #blamemykneesnotme
