What does birthday means when I was 23 and what birthday means when I am 43?

When I was 23 there was no FB and people hardly knew it was my birthday and even my parents and brother used to forget to wish me and I extended the same treatment to my friends and family and no one used to bother much and that means no reminder that I was young.

When I am 43 I got a dozen text messages, 15 calls and around 88 fb wishes and lots of gentle reminders about my age and few of my friends kind enough to tell me I may be physically old but mentally young... as if it helps :| and few others said I don't look like 43, I look like late 30s. After all the confusion, I tried taking an average and after some addition and subtractions I declare that I look like 42.9 months old.
