Wide awake, waiting!

Wide awake, waiting
For the hours to go by,
Every minute, every hour
Seems to drag by...

Waiting.. not knowing
what i am waiting for.
The impregnable silence
Tearing at me.

Wishing for pain,
Wishing for joy,
To break the monotony
To tear apart the darkness..

Wide awake, waiting
For the hours to go by,
Every minute, every hour
Seems to drag by...

Wish for a hand
To shake me awake.
Stretching my hands
From below the current.

I'm slipping by,
I'm sucked in,
A dark never ending tunnel
No light, no life...

Wide awake, waiting,
For the hours to go by,
Every minute, every hour
Seems to drag by...

exactly Ajey... waiting makes life exciting.. its a painful pleasure... one need to experience "waiting" to feel this.

but it sounds sad dear

At one, I learnt crawling was fun. At forty one, I still feel crawling is fun #blamemykneesnotme
